Cinnamon Crisps

2-3 packages of flour tortilla shells
Cinnamon
sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine sugar and cinnamon (about half of a cereal bowl full). Place shells on a cookie sheet. Lightly brush with water, then sprinkle with cinnamon mixture. Do not place shells on top of each other as they will stick together. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until shells are lightly crisp. Let cool and break apart. Serve with fruit salsa.
