Apple juice oat bread

I found this new bread on the internet. Since I had a couple of bottles of apple juice left from a previous recipe I thought this would be a good bread to try. It turned out to be one of our best sandwich breads. Next time I will try and make rolls out of the dough by adding more flour to make a more firm dough.

Ingredients:

1/2 C lukewarm apple juice
3/4 C lukewarm milk
2 T brown sugar
1 T margarine
1 t salt
2 2/3 cups flour
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
2 1/4 t active dry yeast

Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select white bread or basic cycle and start.

When ever I make breads, I have the bread machine do all the work by placing the setting to "dough". When the cycle is done I remove the dough and put it into a bread pan spray the top with Pam, and cover with plastic wrap, a clean towel and let rise for around 30 minutes. Once it has risen, I put into the oven for around 25 minutes or until done. Your time might be different.
