Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls

Quick gluten-free dessert.



















Ingredients:


1 (8 oz) package cream cheese,softened
¼ cup butter, softened
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup finely chopped nuts, toasted (I used walnuts)

With an electric mixer at medium speed beat together all ingredients except nuts until creamy and well mixed. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Shape chilled mixture into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Roll balls in nuts. Serve well chilled.
