1 flour tortilla or a sheet of lavash bread
mashed ripe avocado
cooked chickpeas or kidney beans
assorted salad greens
grated or shredded optional cheese

Tahini Dressing:
¼ c plain yogurt
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp tahini
pinch ground cumin
pinch salt
Spread a flour tortilla or a sheet of lavash bread with mashed avocado. Mix the leftovers (other than legumes) with cooked kidney beans or chick peas, assorted salad greens, and grated or shredded cheese, if desired.Top with Tahini Dressing and roll up to eat right away
